At Van Isle Bead Supply, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned, and we are here to help make the return process as easy as possible.
When your package arrives, we kindly ask that you inspect it and the items inside for any damage. If you notice any issues, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.
Returns and exchanges can be made within 14 days of receiving your items in the form of store credit. Please contact us for approval before shipping back any items.
If the item you received is damaged or incorrect due to our error, we will take full responsibility for the return shipping costs. However, if you simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong item, the return shipping costs will be solely your responsibility.
Once we receive the returned product and inspect it, we will issue store credit for the item's value. Please note that the cost of shipping will be deducted from the store credit amount.
If you need to make a return, please contact us first to confirm acceptance. We want to ensure that we have all the necessary information and can assist you promptly. We can not guarantee that items sent back without prior approval will be accepted.
